Rubbing peppermint leaves on your ankles can help repel mosquitos, and you can also use it as a garnish on iced tea, sprinkled on watermelon slices, on ice cream, or in salads! Smelling fresh peppermint is great for aromatherapy and can help you feel more awake and mentally refreshed! Peppermint tea, on the other hand, has calming and relaxing properties.
For best results, grow Peppermint in containers to control the spread.
