NO PLASTIC PACKAGING
Waystation Plants uses 100% Canadian-made, compostable, recyclable, reusable, water-conscious and sustainable materials, whenever possible. This initiative applies to all stages of our business, including growing, sourcing, packaging, shipping* and delivery of every item.
Our packaging, which is derived from paper, burlap and jute twine, is made from 100% natural compostable fibre. Our eco-pots are made from 100% compostable clay and paper, and our seed packaging is 100% compostable too! We are Barrie's only plastic-free garden centre and we're proud to lead the way in this initiative.
* With the exception of bubble envelopes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Waystation Plants wants you to have a happy and successful gardening experience, because we know that selling affordable top quality products leads to happy customers. Every bulb and seed passes through the Gardener's hands and has overcome several quality controls for size and longevity. Integrity means we'll never sell you anything we wouldn't recommend to our own family.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied, and we will work with you to find an agreeable solution to any problem. Waystation Plants, a small family business, reserves the right to deny refunds due to reasons beyond our control, such as buyer's remorse, improper care, and/or acts of Mother Nature.
PICKUP, SHIPPING, ANDÂ DELIVERY
All items are shipped via Canada Post. To keep delivery costs reasonable for our customers, Waystation Plants does not earn a profit from shipping and handling.

If your order is only seeds and not bulbs or rootstock, the shipping price is discounted because we can mail it in a flat padded envelope: $3.95

Pickup orders will be ready within 3 days. Please wait for the pickup email before coming to Waystation Plants. The pickup address and instructions will be provided to the customer by email. When your order is ready, please pick it up as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping is available anywhere in Canada. All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days of the order being placed. Once the order has shipped, customers can expect to receive their delivery as a package from Canada Post within 7-10 days or less. If you have not received your order and it's been more than 14 days, please contact us.
Please be advised that we do not ship to other countries, due to customs regulations regarding the export of Canadian seeds and plant material.
