Italian Parsley, Organic
Italian flat-leaf parsley is a culinary herb used in the Mediterranean and around the world. It has a mild, bitter flavor that pairs well with many recipes, especially sprinkled onto pasta or soup, or as a garnish. Parsley can be enjoyed fresh or dried. It is often labeled as one of the most nutritious herbs because it's rich in vitamins A, C, and iron.
Parsley plants are biennial, and the plant will gladly reseed itself for continuous growth every year. However, first-year parsley is said to be the tastiest.
Parsley seeds can be started indoors or sown directly in the garden.
