Cilantro / Coriander, Heirloom Organic
Organic heirloom cilantro, also known as coriander, is a must-have culinary herb for any garden, windowsill, or home cook. A staple in Latin American and Asian cuisine, organic cilantro contains many beneficial vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Use it in sauces, salads, soups, or as a decorative garnish.
Sow seeds beginning in early spring, and for a continuous harvest, sow more seeds every 2-3 weeks. In the heat of high summer, harvest cilantro as soon as the leaves are a suitable size, as they will bolt if left in the heat too long.
