Chives, Heirloom
Chives are a perennial member of the onion family, and are a tasty mild herb that pairs well with baked potatoes, salads and dips. Both the stems and flowers are edible, and can be harvested multiple times throughout the growing season. If you don't pick all the flowers, chives will drop seeds and grow into new plants next year.
Tip: Chives are a companion plant to tomatoes and carrots, but should not be planted alongside beans.
