Bell Pepper, California Wonder, Heirloom (discontinued)
"California Wonder" peppers are a bell shaped heirloom variety dating back to the year 1928. This pepper is excellent for stuffing, with thick walls, and a tender sweet flavour. Fruits mature approx 75 days after transplant.
Pro Tip: Grow your bell peppers in a large pot, and bring them indoors over winter to go dormant. The following summer, bring your plant outside again for a head start on more peppers! Bell peppers are perennial but not frost-tolerant.
